The loft, which has been our beloved home for many years, has welcomed numerous happy guests and retains an atmosphere of joyful hospitality. Located in the heart of Cagliari’s bustling city life, in the Stampace neighborhood—the city’s trendiest district with origins dating back to the 13th century—the apartment is on the first floor, accessible via a short flight of 10 comfortable steps. Bright and airy, with exposed beams and walls built entirely of limestone blocks more than half a meter wide, the loft exudes a positive energy that fosters peace and serenity.

The decor is understated, simple, and minimalist, yet it doesn’t lack modern comforts. It is equipped with air conditioning, a flat-screen Smart TV, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a dishwasher, and everything you need to prepare a gourmet dinner, as well as organic shampoo and detergents, to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. For those arriving by car, parking is available nearby. You can park along Via Santa Margherita or in the large parking lot at the Santa Croce bastion, which is accessible via an elevator located 30 meters behind the Church of Santa Chiara. Parking spaces in the city center are municipal and marked with blue lines. They are paid parking only from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., at a cost of €0.50 for the first hour. The user-friendly MooneyGo app lets you pay for parking throughout the city remotely and pause payment at any time. All-day parking costs €7.50. Additionally, there are 50 free white-line parking spaces in the upper part of Via Santa Margherita, just 300 meters away.
