Flott hotell. Grunnen til at det ikke får fulle fem stjerner er fordi det var litt vanskelig å få tilgang til hotellet. Det var vissnok fordi at hotels.com ikke hadde gitt hotellet telefonnummeret mitt og de ikke kunne ringe meg. Telefonnummeret på hotels.com var feil, så jeg kunne ikke ringe dem. Utenfor hotelldøren var det to telefonnummere, og det første fungerte heller ikke. Det siste fungerte, og da, ved hjelp av litt italiensk, klarte jeg å komme meg inn. Hotellet er flott og har ellers alt på stell.

Vi ankom om aftenen 1 time før seneste check in. Der var ikke nogen mulighed for at komme ind på hotellet, selvom der stod på info ved bestilling, at der var reception indtil kl 21 Der stod også at der var check in hotline 24/7 på et whatsapp nr, men kom autosvar om at hatiday medarbejder ville kontakte os næste dag, når de åbnede Efter en halv times forsøg på at få vores forudbetalte værelse, måtte vi finde et andet hotel. Dette er et scam og vi kommer ikke igen.
