Shade for breakfast area would be helpful for glare. Bit warm in there. Hotel clerk was excellent and flawless. I wish everyone was as professional, helpful and pleasant like him. He gave me free water and allowed me to check in late with no additional charge. He also spoke English which is not a given in hotels, restaurants, cabs, stores. My only wish was my hotel was located near the city center where I could walk around. Cabs are not cheap here. Because of the location of my hotel there was no tour pickup available from here.

The property condition left much to be desired. We were on the 3rd floor and the hallway wood laminate was thoroughly damaged and held together with packing tape, literally. The bed in our room was comfortable but the condition of the room was worn and damaged. I don’t recommend staying here. There are many other great options in Cagliari, stay at one of them!

Surprisingly nice for a holiday inn by an airport. Nice staff. Nice lobby. Good food. The area is what you’d expect for an airport area. Good thing they have a decent restaurant there as there’s nothing else nearby. Our big issue was the bed and pillows. Pretty lumpy and uncomfortable. Thanks for the free parking though!

Room and breakfast were good. The only thing that took us by surprise was that it was a little way out of town. There is no direct public transport to get to the hotel from the airport so you will need a taxi (Eu20) But there is a half-hourly bus #19 that goes from outside the hotel and after a few stops (or a 12-min walk) you can swap to a #1 bus that goes into the city centre seafront.

Typical American crappy hotel

First time I used the toilet in the room it kept dripping water and the maintenance guy wasn’t around until checkout the next day so I had to deal with that BS also the signal cable for the TV wasn’t connected .. I’ve seen inflatable pools bigger than the pool they have

Very friendly, welcoming staff. Lobby was spacious with lots of seating for guests while waiting for cocktails from the bar or while waiting to be seated to eat a meal in the on-site restaurant. The amenities were ample and easily accessible to the guests. The property was close to the airport, but in a noisy, dirty, unsafe industrial area. It was not conducive for walking into town or anywhere else. Perhaps a free or very affordable hotel shuttle service for hotel guests to and from the airport would help? 😎
