Comfortable and bright 60 sqm apartment located on the first floor of a building with a lift, able to accommodate up to 4 people. The accommodation is located in the historic and central district of San Benedetto, close to the historic center and served by all the main services such as bars, restaurants, supermarkets and pharmacies. Cagliari station is only 1.9 km away!

The accommodation consists of two bedrooms, a living room with kitchenette, a bathroom and a balcony.

The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants.

To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal (pay EUR 1.50 per person for the first 5 nights). Children up to 12 years old and elderly up to the age of 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

Cagliari Climatic Zone C: 14 hours a day from October 15th to April 15th.

Please note: completing the registration and paying the Tourist Tax is MANDATORY in order to receive the instructions and access the apartment.

In case of unspecified use of extra linen, €15 will be charged for each linen kit used.

We inform you that assistance for any problems related to self check-in is possible (remotely) until 11:30 pm.

This flat has a self check-in door system, the instructions to access the apartment will be sent automatically only after completing the registration, 7 days before the arrival date.

The accommodation is located a few steps from the center of Cagliari and is located in the historic district of San Benedetto. An area equipped with all essential services: schools, transport, shops, bars, supermarkets. The neighborhood boasts, among its streets, Via Dante, full of shops, some of which have now become historic, of notable importance the Villa Elena clinic, located almost at the end of the street, Via Paoli and Via Pergolesi and Via San Benedetto. Due to its importance in connecting the cities of Cagliari and Quartu Sant'Elena, this street was remembered by people in the past with the name of Via Quartu.

- Bastione di Saint Remy: 16 minutes on foot or 11 minutes by public transport;

- Marina District: 17 minutes by public transport or 20 minutes on foot;

- Parco Naturale Molentargius Saline: 21 minutes by public transport or 9 minutes by car.

- 140 Grammi (restaurant): 4 minutes on foot;

-From Cagliari Elmas Mario Mameli airport: you can reach the apartment by train, getting off at the Cagliari stop, then continue with bus no. 30 from the Matteotti stop (2 minutes on foot), to the Dante stop, just 3 minutes on foot from the apartment.

Alternatively, you can take a taxi (journey time approximately 19 minutes).

-From Cagliari Centrale station there are many public transport lines to reach the apartment: 1/ 30/ QEX with Dante stop, just 3 minutes on foot from the apartment.

-For those traveling by car: you can park for free (NOT GUARANTEED) on the street near the property, or you can park on the street for a fee under the house (blue stripes), or at the paid parking APCOA Parking Italia, Via Luigi Amat, just 4 minutes on foot from the apartment.
