A modern, spacious 140-square-meter apartment located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (a few steps to enter), which can accommodate up to 6 people and includes a crib upon request. The apartment is centrally located in Cagliari, close to all major amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy.



The apartment features three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a living room, an induction kitchen, and a veranda.

7 days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal (a fee of EUR 1.50 per person applies for the first 5 nights). Children under 12 and seniors up to age 70 are exempt from the tourist tax.

We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the Alloggiati Web police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013; Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).

Summer: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.

Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The operating period and daily operating duration depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.

Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.



N.B. Completing the registration and paying the tourist tax is MANDATORY in order to receive instructions and gain access to the apartment.



In the event of unauthorized use of extra linens, you will be charged €15 for each set of linens used.
