Modern apartment of approximately 45 square meters, located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (NOT wheelchair accessible) that can accommodate up to 2 people. Upon entering, you’ll be greeted by an elegant and comfortable space, equipped with every amenity.
The property is located in an area with all the main amenities: bars, restaurants, supermarkets, and a pharmacy. Just 1.5 km from the center of Cagliari and a short walk from the metro station!

- BATHROOM with bathtub and shower, bidet, and toilet;
- BALCONY with a small table and two chairs, and a small sofa;

Seven days before arrival, you will receive instructions on how to register your documents via our Guest Portal (a fee of EUR 1.50 per person applies for the first 5 nights). Children up to 12 years of age and seniors up to their 70th birthday are exempt from the tourist tax.
We need this procedure to verify your information and documents and to send the information to the "Alloggiati Web" police service, which is the Italian procedure for registering guests staying in Italy.

Turning the air conditioning and heating on and off is subject to compliance with current Italian regulations (Presidential Decree No. 74 of April 16, 2013, and Ministerial Decree No. 383 of 6.10.2022).
Estat: The average air temperature must not be lower than 26°C for all types of buildings.
Winter: The weighted average air temperature must not exceed 19°C. The heating season and the daily operating hours depend on the climate zone defined by the regulations.
Cagliari Climate Zone C: 9 hours per day from November 22 to March 23.
