It is equipped with a security door and at its entrance there is a living area where there is the original historic floor of the house, a crystal dining table with chairs, a comfortable sofa bed and a 40" 4k Full HD SmartTV (with Netflix, Prime video, Youtube to entertain the little ones), ultra fast Wi-fi connection and hot/cold split.



The kitchen is new and complete equipped with refrigerator, freezer, microwave oven, kettle for water and tea and, of course, a complete set of pots, pans, plates and cutlery.

There are, in addition, the espresso machine as well as tea bags of various flavors in order to meet your every need.



Upstairs you will find a very cozy and bright double room that provides the right amount of privacy, whether you are a group of friends or a family.
