The apartment is located right in the heart of downtown, within walking distance of restaurants, bars, and shops.

The apartment features a large bedroom with an en suite bathroom, a living room, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, an office, and a sleeping area with a double bed.

Second floor: Main living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, office space, and sleeping area with a double bed. The entire space has a loft-style feel, with an open layout and plenty of natural light.

On Sunday mornings, you’ll be just 50 meters from the market… perfect for a Sunday stroll and stocking up on fresh produce.

Paid parking is available during the day on the street where the apartment is located. However, you can find free parking spaces on the same street, 200 meters away, and on an adjacent street.

The apartment is unconventional, with many steps and two “unsecured” staircases. It is not recommended for guests with young children, people with limited mobility, or those who have difficulty going up or down stairs.

It is strongly recommended that you do not walk in shoes after 10 p.m. so as not to disturb the neighbors below (wooden floors).

Parties and gatherings are strictly prohibited inside the apartment.

Free street parking is available 200 meters from the apartment and on an adjacent street. Parking spaces directly below the apartment require payment during the day.
