At the back on the left, we find the elevator that will take us to the floor where our apartment is located, as well as access to the communal rooftop terrace and the laundry room.
When you exit the elevator and turn left on the second floor, you will find the apartment. Upon entering, you will see a gallery overlooking an interior courtyard, which provides natural light to the master bedroom and ventilation to the bathroom.
On the right, you will find the master bedroom, equipped with a 1.80 x 2m bed, built-in wardrobe, and a comfortable armchair. On the left, you will find a full bathroom, equipped with a shower, screen, and exterior ventilation towards the interior courtyard.
Continuing into the apartment, you will find a modern kitchen open to the living room, equipped with everything necessary for both short and long stays.
