Substandard Apartment

No one there to meet us. Key was electronic through mobile. Finally got it to work. Had to try three or four times every time. AC inoperable. Finally, repaired after 5 days. Repair person said it was out in November and no repair until we complained. Drain in one bathroom had to be unclogged. One light switch did not work. Base boards broken and holding dust. Entire place in need of paint. Lighting was dim and bulbs were dusty. Refrigerator doors were backwards. Hard to reach items inside. Maid came to clean after 3 days and there were still dust bunnies blowing everywhere. No place to put luggage. One bedroom was used as a storage area. Did not meet our standards.

Apartamento muy acogedor, limpio, buena ubicación, parada de autobús cerca, el centro de la ciudad a unos 10/15 minutos, parking enfrente del apartamento pero no hicimos uso de el, apartamento muy cerca de la playa y restaurantes. Excelente servicio de cadiz4rentals. Hemos disfrutado de la estancia, ninguna crítica. Si algo merece un poco de atención, sería revisar las puertas en el apartamento, hacen ruido (chirrían) y en medio de la noche puede ser molesto, por lo demás nada que objetar.

Ubicaci&oacuten, tama&ntildeo, comodidad, todo de 10. Las únicas dos cosas que nos hicieron falta fueron Armarios o similar para colgar la ropa y una cafetera sencilla (no de cápsulas).

El piso muy recomendable. Situación muy buena, cerca de la playa y con servicios cercanos.

El piso muy luminoso y amplio. La cocina bien equipada, las 4 habitaciones y el salón/comedor amplios. La falta de armarios en 3 habitaciones lo consideramos imprescindibles para este piso. Dada la amplitud de las habitaciones no se comprende que no haya nada para colgar o poner la ropa.

Céntrico, bonito y bien equipado

Hemos pasado unos días muy cómodos en este alojamiento. La cerradura electrónica que al principio nos parecía complicada es muy cómoda. El piso amplio, luminoso, buenos colchones, cocina bien equipada... Sería bueno cambiar la apertura de la nevera hacia el otro lado por comodidad y alguna percha más de colgar ropa en armario.

Me gusta la casa de mi prima

Que es muy amplia y cerca de la playa No creo acertado que si alguien contrata 10 días no exista limpiador de cocina (un bote minisculo), lavavajillas, limpiador de lavadora, gel- champú (quedaban los restos de un jabón), papel higienico, todo ello dimensionado para una casa donde caben 8 personas. Por cierto la expreso de café le gustará a mucha gente, pero como una cafetera de toda la vida, nada. ¡ Y es barata!

Buen apartamento

Todo correcto, algún problema vecinal por el ascensor, que incluso quedandose parado en otras plantas por cerralo mal otros vecinos subian a nuestro piso para decirnos que cerrasemos bien de forma repetida loq ue provocó algun enfado
