Spend your days on the water with direct access to the lake from the shared boat dock, then wind down with a meal from the gas grill, a fire pit under the stars, or a quiet moment on the expansive deck overlooking the water.



Land Between the Lakes National Recreation Area is nearby, with scenic trails, seasonal foliage, and the famous Elk & Bison Prairie to explore. Whether you’re chasing adventure or just want to unwind, Delma’s Haven is a lakeside escape you’ll want to come back to.



NOTE: The homeowner lives next door in a separate home with a separate entrance; they may be present during your stay and share the dock.

IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING:

• Maximum Occupancy: Maximum of 16+ guests, including adults, children, and infants. No additional guests are permitted due to fire safety and insurance requirements.

• Age Requirement: All guests must be 18 or older, except children staying with their parents or guardians.

• No Parties: Parties and unauthorized gatherings are strictly prohibited. Noise complaints or law enforcement calls may result in immediate termination of the stay without a refund.

• No Smoking: Smoking is strictly prohibited.

• Pets: This home is pet-friendly, with a $150 pet fee.

• Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Early check-in or late check-out may be available for an additional fee starting at $60. Please message us in advance to check availability.

• Cancellations & Travel Insurance: We highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for protection against unexpected cancellations, weather, natural disasters, power outages, and other unforeseen events. We’re unable to offer refunds or rescheduled stays outside Airbnb’s Extenuating Circumstances Policy.

• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter supply of essential items. Please bring your personal toiletries and plan to purchase additional supplies if needed.

• Trash: At checkout, place all trash and food in the provided bins—nothing outside, please.
