Penthouse FULL Balcony is a studio apartment with a spectacular terrace overlooking the sea. It is located in the main artery of the city, surrounded by good restaurants and supermarkets and only 200 metres from the Victoria Beach, one of the best in Europe. It also has all the necessary equipment to make your stay unforgettable.



Accommodation of 50 m2, on the 11th floor with lift and with capacity for up to 4 people thanks to its comfortable queen size bed and the double sofa-bed located in the living-dining room. It has a kitchen equipped with kitchenware, crockery, glassware and dishwasher and a bathroom with shower where you can take the best relaxing showers after a fantastic day at the beach.



Don't worry about sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made and you will find the sofa bed linen when you arrive. In the flat you will also find an iron for your clothes and a hoover.



Guests must show a valid ID and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Junta de Andalucía's Decree 28/2016 on Housing for Tourist Purposes).

Fabulous Spacious Penthouse Studio Apartment

The apartment really is very spacious for a studio with amazing Atlantic views, being on the 11th floor. Furniture is high quality and it has 2 sun beds on the enormous balcony which aren’t featured in the photos. The bed was comfortable and the shower pressure was good. Very clean and modern. We had a problem with operating the dishwasher which was solved immediately by the rental company. The electronic door entry system App took a bit of getting used to but it was very efficient. Great communication.

Excellent roof top apartment

From the road you would not expect such a lovely apartment to be inside. Beautiful huge balcony and open plan layout. We eat in sat on the balcony watching the sunset over Cadiz. Amazing. Street parking is hard to come by in the area. If you find a spot leave the car and use public transport or walk to get about. Nothing is far from the apartment

Schöne Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung und guter Anbindung

Die Wohnung befindet sich in der 11. Etage eines Hauses und zwar im obersten Stockwerk. Man hat einen recht schönen Meerblick und eine große Dachterrasse.Die Busanbindung ist gut, notwendige Geschäfte in unmittelbarer Nähe.
