Apartamento El SEMINARISTA has a privileged location to enjoy Cádiz and its idiosyncrasy as it is in the heart of the old part of the city, surrounded by interesting places such as the beautiful Cathedral, the charming Campo del Sur or the well-known Plaza de las Flores.

The flat is 65m2 and is excellently used. Both the building and the flat have been renovated and refurbished in 2021. It can accommodate up to 4 adults and 1 child thanks to the sofa-bed in the elegant living-dining room with kitchenette. It also has two bedrooms with a very comfortable double bed and two bathrooms with shower! so that you can go at your own pace when it comes to getting ready to go out and get to know our land, which from now on will be yours.

It is located on the first floor of a building with a lift and has all the necessary equipment to make your stay unforgettable.



Don't worry about the sheets and towels when you come. The beds will be made up with the towels at the foot of the bed and on the bed base you will find the sheets for the sofa bed.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental contract at check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Housing for Tourist Purposes).



This flat has an ELECTRONIC LOCK and is opened with your mobile phone so, if you check-in online, you won't have to go through our office at all! Otherwise, you will have to go to CALLE LÁZARO DOU, 2 office CADIZ4RENTALS.

perfect stay

Thanks for the perfect stay in Cadiz. The flat is ver good situated in the city center and it is very nice. Everything was exactly as mentioned in the description and on the pictures. Very good organisation and contact to the rental team. I can really recomment the location!
