It is located on the seafront of Cadiz, a hop away from Victoria Beach, considered the best beach in Europe and close to very prestigious restaurants.

The apartment has 81m2, is located on the 9th floor with two bedrooms and capacity for up to 4 people. One of the bedrooms has a very comfortable queen-size bed and a pouf for children, and the other has two single beds. In addition, the apartment has two bathrooms with a shower equipped with a hairdryer, an American kitchen equipped with everything necessary to spend fabulous days with your loved ones and a wonderful terrace with direct views of the beautiful Victoria Beach and its seafront.



Guests must show a valid identity document and sign a tourist rental agreement upon check-in (in accordance with Decree 28/2016 of the Junta de Andalucía on Dwellings for Tourist Purposes).

Views of the beach and the sunsets. Quality and provision of everything within the apartment. Location and quick/easy transport links into Cadiz Initial uncertainty of the exact location of the flat (probably because we're not used to apartments in so many blocks) Local parking for car was tricky - had to park quite a long way from the apartment

A wonderful beach and city

Two bedrooms and bathrooms. A full view of a beautiful beach. Very attentive and accessible office staff. Easy access to frequent buses to get to the old city. Extra bedding and towels for long stay. Well equipped kitchen. Place to hang laundry on clothes line and rack. Building well maintained. Restaurant options, ice cream parlor, pharmacies grocery stores very close. Lovely promenade. Will stay again. Thank you! Leave one or two beach towels.

Fantastic view, needs attention to safety standards

This place has a fantastic view of playa Victoria. The double bedded room is large with a walk in wardrobe area but the two bedded room is quite small and dark with no view. Unfortunately the apartment has some serious flaws that the owners refused to address whilst we stayed. The two bedded room had a dangerous plug socket on the wall beside one of the beds which emitted sparks continuously when a plug was inserted - we were told it would be repaired but it was not over the 5 day stay. There were no oven gloves nor tea towels in the kitchen but the owners told us they would not provide them as they were not necessary- so apparently you should burn your hands when using the oven? They also provide only the tiniest bit of washing up liquid in an apartment with no dishwasher- unsurprisingly we found the plates and cutlery to be dirty. Such a shame and a contrast to the other much more hospitable places we stayed in Spain including previous stays in Cadiz.

Altamar Appartment

Das Appartment war ausgestattet, mit allem was man benötigt Cafetiera, Töpfe, Pfannen, Spülmittel, Handtücher (auch ausreichend zum Wechseln) etc.. der Blick mit dem Sonnenuntergang ist gigantisch. Mit dem Aufzug kommt man immer unkompliziert in den 9 Stock. Direkt im Haus besteht die Möglichkeit im Restaurant zu frühstücken und auch Mittag zu essen. Restaurants sind ausreichend in der Strasse vorhanden. Egal wo war das Essen super. Fisch, Fleisch und vegetarisch alles eine Gaumenfreude! Mit dem Bus Nummer 1 kommt man in 15 Minuten in die Altstadt von Cadiz. Stadt und Strand! Für uns optimal. Jederzeit wieder! Wir sind mit dem Schlüsselsystem nicht zurecht gekommen und konnten leider nicht über Handy die Eingangstüre öffnen. Ggf. Wäre auch bei einer Wochenbelegung eine Zwischenreinigung schön.

Un sitio excelente para pasar unos días de vacaciones.

Muy bien equipado, con todo lo necesario para pasar una temporada. las vistas son espectaculares, los accesos cómodos. Todo el mobiliario, electrodomésticos, ropa, utensilios, .... muy bien cuidado, nuevo, limpio y previsto lo necesario. Comodidad. Muy amplio. El balcón podría mejorarse. Reformarlo un poco, cuidarlo más y equiparlo mejor.
