Everyone was super nice and the hotel location was in close proximity to where I had to go. I loved having the suite by the outside door for my dog to go outside. :)

The kids had to sleep on the dirty floor because the pull out couch bed is broke and they knew about it because there was a note on it saying it was broken. Maybe we should get some of our money back

Didn't like that the hot tub jets did not work. Key card would not open pool door and front desk receptionist was kind of rude explaining that we had to go in the exit door, when there is a sign on it that says "exit only". No sign telling you that the key pad didn't work on the pool entrance door.
