The hotel is outstanding and view from balcony is wonderful. Staffs are very friendly and kind. We planned to stay one day but extended one more day. Hotel is just a little bit outdated but well maintained. Food in restaurant was great too. Definitely want to stay there if we revisit Italy.

An absolutely amazing stay! This place has one of the most breathtaking views of Lake Lugano—truly unforgettable. The staff are incredibly personable, warm, and friendly, and they go out of their way to make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. Room with a view - what a view

Second time at this hotel and we are going to come back again. Friendly staff, perfect location and a great restaurant. From the balcony and the restaurant you have an amazing view on the lake and the mountains.

What a wonderful hotel, beautiful room with large balcony and what a view. Everything is very clean, great shower and great staff. The restaurant for the evening meal was really really good! We even saw the eclipse from our balcony. Highly recommended!
