The small Norman villa is a traditional 50m2 house with its enclosed flower-filled courtyard, both peaceful and close to the seafront promenade and less than 5 minutes from the sea wall and the beach of the Grand Hotel. On the first floor you have direct access to the living room and dining room, which are served by the kitchen equipped with an oven and 4 gas hobs. A toaster, coffee machines (Dolce Gusto) as well as a filter coffee maker and an electric barbecue are at your disposal. The windows overlooking the private courtyard are equipped with blackout electric shutters. There is a toilet on each level. Upstairs, you have direct access to the bedroom with its double windows closed by blackout shutters, furnished with a 160x200 double bed and a convertible armchair for a child. The adjoining bathroom is equipped with a shower, a double vanity, a washing machine, and a clothesline. A fan is also available for hot weather!
