Consists of 3 very spacious apartments uniquely linked together to form a huge Villa. It comprises the main and the entire upper floor of a large Villa, affording spectacular views of the Pacific, the Flamingo marina area, and our tropical gardens, and is situated at the end of our swimming pool. Linked together, these apartments form an amazingly large, private accommodation!
On the main floor, there is a spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom Suite with direct access to a beautiful warm tropical pool and outside stairs leading to the 2nd floor.
On the 2nd floor - There is a 1 bedroom apartment with a massive master bedroom with a 4-poster king bed, a private balcony overlooking our private preserve, bathroom, and a very large open concept living/dining room and galley kitchen with an open breakfast bar. The living area offers a walk-out to the large, private, entry terrace that continues to wrap around three sides of this Villa. Very large windows allow views that are absolutely spectacular! Paddle fans are placed both inside and outside for extra comfort.- AND - The adjoining apartment is a huge Studio with American-style kitchen appliances, large, open, breakfast bar, a spacious living room, and large sleeping and dressing area. There is also another large bathroom.
The entire area is encapsulated in massive windows with walkouts to the wraparound terrace on 3 sides allowing superb vistas in all directions!
SUITE 202 (main floor):
A spacious 1 bedroom apartment with open concept living/dining rooms, a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, and a very spacious bedroom with a Queen and a Twin bed. Paddle fans are placed both inside and outside for extra comfort. This apartment features convenient walk-outs from both the living room and bedroom through sliding glass doors that lead directly to a small private patio - for outdoor dining - and to the huge pool, sunning terraces and tropical gardens, and shaded gazebo. We can also put an additional Twin bed in the living room.
Outside stairs lead to 2 Suites located on the 2nd floor.
SUITE 203 (second floor):
This an extremely spacious 1 bedroom apartment with a massive master bedroom with a 4-poster King bed, a private balcony overlooking our tropical forest preserve, a private bathroom, a very large open concept living/dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with an open breakfast bar. The living area (with a Single and a Double couch for extra guests) offers a walk-out to the large, private, entry terrace that continues to wrap around three sides of this Villa. Paddle fans are placed both inside and outside for extra comfort. Very large windows allow views that are absolutely spectacular! Our large pool is just a moment away.
SUITE 204 (second floor - Adjacent to Suite 203):
A Huge Studio apartment with American-style kitchen appliances, a large, open-concept breakfast bar, a spacious living room plus a large sleeping and dressing area. There is also a large private bathroom.
The entire Suite is encapsulated in massive windows with walkouts to the wraparound terrace on 3 sides that allow superb panoramic views of the Ocean, Flamingo marina, hills, and valleys! Paddle fans are placed both inside and outside for extra comfort.
The most wonderful spot for relaxing and enjoying the natural sights and sounds. Very private!
