The villa offers multiple indoor and outdoor gathering spaces designed for relaxation, entertainment, and connection. Whether enjoying a meal with ocean views, relaxing by the pool, or spending time together indoors, there is plenty of space for everyone. A foosball table on the main floor adds an extra element of fun for guests of all ages. The property also features private on-site parking for up to 3 vehicles and/or golf carts.

Casa Dos Monos is a spacious multi-level villa with bedrooms distributed across several levels, offering privacy and separation for families or groups traveling together.

> Lower Level -1

One level below the main living, dining, and kitchen area, guests will find a second lounge and entertainment space featuring:

• TV/movie lounge with comfortable sofa seating

This level also includes:
• Two Queen bedrooms
• A shared full hallway bathroom

> Private Primary Suite, Level -2

Located on the lowest level of the home, the spacious primary suite features:

• Walk-in closet
• En-suite bathroom with double sinks, double walk-in shower, bathtub, and toilet

> Upper Level +2

Located one level above the main living area:
• One King bedroom
• One bedroom with two Twin beds. This room has an external door which can be locked with a high sliding lock and is also connected to the King bedroom. This setup allows for two independent rooms or two connected rooms like a family suite ideal for families traveling with children.
• Guests on this level share a spacious full hallway bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, walk-in shower, and toilet.
• This floor also features an ocean-view balcony with outdoor seating.

> Top Level +3

The highest level of the home features:
• One King bedroom
• Small walk-in closet
• En-suite bathroom with double sinks, walk-in shower, and toilet
• Private ocean-view terrace with seating area

• Housekeeping is included Monday to Friday (cleaning, laundry, and general upkeep of the indoor spaces)

• A caretaker lives in a separate apartment on the property and is available if you have questions about the house or pool during your stay

To help you settle in comfortably, we provide a complimentary starter supply of essentials including coffee, sugar, salt & pepper, toiletries, toilet paper, hand soap, laundry detergent, and dishwasher tablets (where applicable).

Our Concierge Team can assist with car or golf cart rentals, tours and activities, private chef services, pre-arrival grocery stocking, special occasions, and wellness experiences such as in-home massages.
