Upon arrival to Paradise you will be greeted by our guards and shown to your two floor two bedroom villa!

One of our supervising Experience hosts will meet you onsite to give you a brief check-in as well as answer any questions you may have! This is a great time to get to know the staff member that checks you in as you will likely be talking with them quite a bit on your trip! We love making sure everyone is having an unforgettable experience so someone is available to you literally 24/7, we understand that vacation time is truly valuable for you and your family so our goal is to make everything as smooth as possible! The villa does come with housekeeping which is included at booking!

The villa will also be stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body gel and toiletries (i.e. toilet paper) will be restocked as needed throughout your stay with us. Be sure to remember to take advantage of our free experience managers services, this team is onsite and can help you set up tours and activities as well and extra services such as ordering flowers for a special trip, ordering pre arrival groceries and just about anything else that you may need! There will be an intro to that team via email as soon as a reservation is confirmed! All in all arrival to paradise is seamless and smooth!
