I tried to switch room since my room was bad and smell horrible and the path way too. They couldn’t help us with that and apart they charge me for 2 towels that accidentally had medicine since I was sick.

Use this hotel 3 times already. But this time the room AC did not worked in two of the 3 rooms they gave me. I attempted to stay more than 4 hours on the 2nd one but it was unbearable. Rooms 403 & 404. Horrible. But the staff was super professional and keept moving me until found a room that worked #405 .
