We have satellite TV Claro TV basic package.
We do not accept pets.
The outlets are 110W, as in every state of Rio, we do not provide 220W outlets.
We do not offer bed and bath linen.
The apartment does not have a parking space. Easy access street and parking.
The keys must be handed in between 08:00 and 18:00.(we do not accept arrivals of dawn or late at night).
The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 08 people whether adult or child.
The apartment is delivered clean and tidy and must be delivered in the same way, or make a payment of R $ 150.00 for this expense.

Buena estadia
Departamento grande y comodo segun fotos. Le falta limpieza y la caludad de colchones es muy mala. 15 minutos caminando a playa Do Forte. Supermercado farmacias y buses alrededor del depto. Aceptable

Bom custo benefício
Apartamento de acordo com o anunciado. Tem uma boa localização, embora não tão próximo a praia. Prós: todos os quartos com banheiro. Contras: não ter ar condicionado, qualidade do colchão, potência do fogão, caixas acopladas dos banheiros superiores vazando.
