House in quiet condominium near the beach, Shopping and Commerce
We use this home for our family to enjoy the holidays. It is treated with great care and good taste. Its location is excellent and the condominium is one of the best in Peró and one of the few that does not lack water during New Year and Carnival. We prefer to rent to family. We have organic planting in our condominium with lemon grass, rosemary, basil and others. We have wifi too!
Ground floor: living room 2 environments with table for 6 people, bathroom with marble box and luxury shower, kitchen equipped with everything new: fridge, stove, microwave, blender, oven, toaster, coffee maker etc ..
1st floor: 2 excellent double rooms with closets and balcony facing the condominium, social bathroom with luxury shower
2nd floor: 2 smaller bedrooms made of mezzanine .All with wooden bed, mattresses with anti-mold cover and a toilet
CONDITION WITH 24H CARTER, PARKING FOR A VEHICLE, BARBECUE, SAUNA AND SHOWER.
150M FROM PERÓ BEACH, IN THE MILL SQUARE AND VERY CLOSE TO PERÓ SHOPPING. WE HAVE INDIVIDUAL WATER BOX.
