The 3-bedroom houses can accommodate up to 10 people (additional guests are welcome for an extra fee), feature a beautiful ocean view, one bedroom has an en suite bathroom, the second bedroom is spacious, and the third is accessible via the second bedroom—it’s a loft-style room— 3 bathrooms, a large living room, 2 balconies, a kitchen, a private grill, and a garage for more than 3 cars.<br>The 2-bedroom house has 1 floor and 1 garage.<br>The house is furnished and located about 150 m from the beautiful Foguete Beach (the same beach as Forte and Dunas).<br><br>Cassa is easy to reach and offers quick access to other beaches (you can walk to Praia do Forte across the sand) as well as to towns like Arraial do Cabo (about 5 minutes) and Búzios (about 40 minutes).<br><br>I have been listing these same houses on this site since 2001. I believe this fact will provide peace of mind to those interested.<br><br>PLEASE NOTE: Since there are 7 houses, the interior photos may vary in terms of furnishings.

Boa Estadia!

Muito boa a casa! Espaçosa, arejada, fácil acesso. Em razão das chuvas, quando chegamos tinha um cheirinho bem leve de molfo no quarto, mas resolveu rápido ao abrir a casa. Administração da casa muito solicita e atenciosa. Certamente ficarei novamente na casa. Ah...ótima churrasqueira também!

Excelente localização, fácil acesso tanto para o centro de Cabo Frio, como para Arraial do Cabo, a praia do Foguete e impecavelmente limpa e linda. Casa confortável, acomodações limpas, uma área para churrasco de bom tamanho. Tanto o Sr. Daniel como o Sr Arnaldo foram bem atenciosos. Imóvel muito bom, chegamos e o Sr. Arnaldo já estava esperando, muito educado. A única coisa que deixa a desejar é a falta de tv nos quartos e a falta de wi-fi, mas pra que quer sossego isso acaba sendo bem vantajoso.

A casa estava bem suja

Apesar da casa ser ampla e espaçosa e também estar de acordo com as fotos colocadas no site, a casa estava muito suja, principalmente os banheiros estavam imundos. Eu e minha família que tivemos que fazer uma limpeza geral para utilizar os sanitários. Quando chegamos também não tinha ninguém para nos receber, tivemos que procurar através das pessoas que estavam alugando os imóveis vizinhos para que achassemos alguém que pudesse nos entregar as chaves. Gostaria em principal de pedir mais atenção, ao mínimo, a limpeza da casa, por esse motivo, não voltaria à estadia.

Local perfeito! Desde 2011 vou com a família e amigos ao menos duas vezes ao ano. A casa é confortável, limpa, ampla e o ambiente é muito familiar. A vista é linda, de frente para o mar e pertinho do centro de Cabo Frio e Arraial do Cabo. Super recomendo!!!
