Tudo conforme combinado, fotos reais, responderam todas as dívidas. Como sugestão poderia ter Ar condicionado e TV a cabo, podendo sem problema se aumentar o valor da diária já que o apartamento atende super bem.

Gostei muito do apartamento ele é amplo bem localizado!

O apartamento é excelente muito espaçoso, o único problema foram os banheiros, somente um estava funcionando perfeitamente que era o da área de serviço! Nisso ficou a desejar mas o apartamento é realmente grande e acomoda bem as pessoas! O administrador Luíz muito atencioso , informou que vão arrumar os banheiros ai ele ficará perfeito.

Tem tudo que está no anúncio, muito grande e perto de tudo. Praia, mercado etc..

Imóvel super me atendeu.. Só irei reclamar para que o proprietário esteja ciente, os colchões merecia ser trocados.. aí seria tudo perfeito. Sei que não é culpa do proprietário mas tivemos o azar do elevado funcionar só no dia que chegamos e no dia que saímos... Os proprietários super atencioso e prestativo... Lembrando que os comentários foram pra melhorias.. mas estou muito satisfeito... E pretendo ir 2019 de novo...

Melhor opção para Cabo Frio

Desde o contato com os donos e com o responsável pelo lugar, foi tudo muito bem tranquilo. O lugar é enorme, bem equipado, com muitos banheiros e praticamente na praia. Recomendo muito pra quem está indo pra Cabo Frio.
