O apto é maravilhoso, praticamente de frente para a praia. Não precisa sair com o carro para nada,pois tudo é muito pertinho O Kaio é super educado, atencioso e sempre solícito. Os rapazes da portaria também são ótimos. Minha família amou o lugar e pretendemos voltar mais vezes, se Deus quiser 🙏

Simplesmente maravilhoso. Imóvel super confortável, aconchegante, localização excepcional, tinha tudo que precisávamos. A pura definição do luxo da simplicidade. A equipe do condomínio também é pura simpatia... Isso sem falar no Kaio. O tempo todo preocupado se estava tudo certinho, se colocando a disposição para qualquer eventualidade, super atencioso.
