If you would like to discover the area on horseback, you can ride the landlord's two Arabian horses free of charge. A horse-drawn carriage ride is also possible (for a fee). In Bytow there is a crusader castle with a museum that is definitely worth a visit. About 30 km away is the town of Swornegacie, where the Tucheler Heide Nature Park begins.
