Iconic 4 br Byron Luxury Cottage with heated pool, parking and walk to town

The Palm Cottage is a beautifully restored character filled cottage in the best location in Byron Bay. Located within walking distance to town and the beaches, it is also right next door to The Bower Resort and The General Store cafe. The Bay Grocer is a two minute stroll and provides luxury groceries, liquor, as well as great coffee and take away food.

The Palm Cottage guests are treated to daily sunrises and sunsets from the house. Imagine waking to the sun rising on the front balcony whilst you enjoy sitting in a swinging chair. And later in the evening, enjoying cocktails on the back deck as the sunset is seen through the palm trees.

The Palm Cottage boasts ample living space, perfect for up to two families (8 persons max). The master bedroom has a luxurious king sized bed, luxury linens, pillows and bedding for the most comfortable nights sleep. There is a large air conditioning unit to keep you cool, an en-suite with bath and separate shower as well as French doors leading to an intimate covered deck. It overlooks the heated pool and guests can walk straight from their bedroom out to the pool for a morning dip.

The oversized second bedroom has the same luxurious king bed as well as a cosy sun filled day bench to relax and unwind. There is also a 55inch LED TV, reverse cycle air conditioning and a ceiling fan.

The third bedroom contains a queen sized bed looking onto the garden as well as reverse cycle air conditioning and ceiling fan.

There is also a sunroom/4th bedroom which has a tranquil sunny outlook and can be used as a fourth bedroom with double bed for extra guests. Please note, there is no air conditioning in this room.

The updated separate bathroom has a large rain shower and WC whilst still retaining its original charm.

The stylish lounge is the perfect space to relax after a day at the beach with the original fireplace as the centre piece, chandelier and luxury pieces curated from Byron and beyond. There is a smart LED TV with complimentary Netflix and all free to air channels. We provide unlimited free NBN WIFI for our guests during their stay.

The traditional farmhouse kitchen has a gas cooktop, oven, grill, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine and all the essentials for guests wishing to cook during their stay.

The formal lounge off the kitchen is bright and sunny and has access to the back deck which has further dining options as well as outdoor sofas.

The pool off the deck is the perfect size for dip or to sit and enjoy an afternoon cocktail on the sun filled daybed with its built in ice cooler to keep drinks cool whilst you swim.

There is a remote controlled access garage for 2 cars as well as front and back decks and and a fenced grassy garden with pool and an outside heated shower. We do allow well behaved pooches to stay too. Please talk to us about this before booking.

We also have an internal laundry with a washer and dryer. We offer a complimentary mid stay clean for guests who stay for 8 nights or more whereby we change linens, towels, toiletries etc and refresh the home for you. There is no charge for this service.
