Esta foi a segunda vez que ficamos hospedado no mesmo hotel, no mesmo periodo. Registro aqui alguns pontos observados durante nossa estadia, com o objetivo de contribuir. No 2° dia, solicitamos a recepção a troca de toalhas e a plaqueta de aviso do quarto. Fomos informados de que a plaqueta estavam sendo confeccionada e que o pedido seria repassado. Após mais de quatro horas sem retorno, solicitamos ajuda a uma camareira, que de forma muito atenciosa e gentil conseguiu nos auxiliar prontamente. Já no 4° dia, ao irmos até a recepção para obter informações sobre o serviço de quarto, fomos questionados por outro recepcionista se não havíamos colocado a plaqueta, o que demonstrou uma falta de alinhamento em relação ao ocorrido anteriormente. Diante dessas situações, ficou evidente uma falha na organização e na comunicação entre os setores e sistemas do local. Além disso, em um dos dias, logo após a abertura da piscina, a sauna ainda estava desligada. Após cerca de 40 minutos o equipamento foi ligado. A bomba da piscina, por sua vez, permaneceu desligada. Além disso, a piscina estava todos os dias com a água extremamente turva, mostrando nitidamente que não havia tido o devido tratamento de água, estando com muito Cloro, percebido pelo forte cheiro. Deveria haver mais espreguiçadeiras, pois quando o hotel recebe muita gente em período de feriados, fica impraticável usufruir. Reforço que o objetivo deste relato é contribuir de forma construtiva para a melhoria dos serviços

O hotel é muito bom, mas nada do frigobar fica gelado, pois é quando saímos tudo desliga e inclusive o frigobar, achei isso totalmente errado. Não conseguir beber uma água minimamente fresca enquanto estive no quarto.
