Divulgação Errada de Valor de Diária

A estadia foi curta e piorou porque minha esposa tropeçou e torceu o tornozelo. Aliás, neste momento, as anfitriãs Julia e Ana Paula foram super prestativas e nos ajudaram bastante. No entanto, fui informado pela proprietária de que a Pousada não tinha parceria com a Hotéis.com e que os preços anunciados e o horário de check-in estavam muito errados. Senti um desconforto como se eu tivesse culpa pelo anúncio errado/ equivocado. Foi minha 1a experiência com a Hotéis.com e, infelizmente, foi péssima. Escolhi a Pousada pelo anúncio publicado na plataforma e que me gerou extremo desconforto! Pag,uei pelo anúncio divulgado na plataforma e não tenho nada a ver com outros problemas entre a pousada e a plataforma.
