Nossa estadia foi uma sequência de decepções. Ao chegarmos, o quarto estava sujo, o que atrasou nosso check-in. Para piorar, a internet não chegava ao quarto, obrigando-nos a ir à recepção para qualquer comunicação. O descaso com a saúde foi o ponto mais grave: ficamos uma noite sem água potável no hotel, precisando pedir por aplicativo para que os cardíacos do nosso grupo pudessem tomar seus medicamentos. À noite, a situação era ainda mais alarmante com a presença de ratos, inclusive na área de brinquedos das crianças. A cozinha não respeita os horários anunciados e boa parte da equipe é mal-educada e debochada. As únicas e gratas exceções foram a Isadora e o Marques, que são extremamente educados e os únicos pontos positivos do local. No geral, o hotel falha gravemente em estrutura e respeito ao cliente. Não pretendemos voltar.

Péssima. Entre o cobre leito e o lençol estava cheio de areia. Sem vaga para o veiculo conforme prometido no anúncio. Meia noite e um barulho enorme de pessoas conversando na recepção. 4 da manha e barulho de mala sendo transportada. Às 8h da manha de domingo acordei com marretadas no banheiro do quarto vizinho com a explicação de reparo hidráulico.

O quarto era tão próximo do outro que tem uma porta que saí no outro quarto, fechado apenas por um cadeado, internet péssima, a porta do banheiro não fecha, ar condicionado barulhento, papel higiênico do banheiro é industrial, ouvimos a intimidade do casal do quarto ao lado devido a ter porta que liga os quartos, 02 diárias não ouve limpeza, troca de toalhas né lençóis, a cozinha fecha às 18:00hs!

Para começar reservei um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 3 de solteiros eu fiquei em um quarto com 1 cama de casal e 1 de solteiro até aí tudo bem pois foi eu minha esposa e meu filho mais paguei por um quarto com 4 camas,mais vamos lá acomodações sem condições de uso muita sujeira banheiro fendendo igual a da central muita rachaduras pelo ambiente sem condições de estar funcionando pior pousada q já estive infelizmente muito insatisfeito hotéis.com tem q rever suas acomodações pois as fotos não diz a realidade a única coisa boa foi o atendimento e o café da manhã de resto péssimo não passo nem em frente a essa pousada
