Staff and location was excellent. Hotel has good amenities (pool, restaurant, sauna and steam bath). Rooms and facilities were a bit tired. Needs a scrub and a fresh coat of paint. Breakfast was delicious and generous.

What kind of luxury resort hotel has concrete floors in the room and the bathroom? No hot water in the shower? They didn't have any soap. They insisted shampoo is just as good so gave out extra shampoo! Guess what, shampoo isn't the same, so I had to buy my own soap. The rooms open up motel style to the pool area, so lots of ants end up in the room. The pool is not maintained that great and is filled with bugs and plastic. The pool bar is okay, though. The area is in a good location, walkable to all the shopping and the beach. But there must be better options in Búzios.

We had a very mixed experience at Own Búzios. While the staff was initially very kind and the location is excellent conveniently across from a grocery store and easy to get around the room and maintenance issues were disappointing. We were first checked into a room with a shared bathroom despite booking a Premium Double. Once rectified, the second room had a broken AC. We eventually landed in a third room that felt quite run-down with stained sheets. The garden was poorly maintained, with high weeds and even mushrooms growing on the porch. The main positives were the very comfortable bed, a nice pool area for a post-beach swim, and the friendly initial welcome. However, these were overshadowed by a lack of property maintenance and a repetitive breakfast that seemed recycled over our four-day stay. Another down side m was the checkout experience where we were presented with an open bar tab. It felt like they tried to charge us for our "complimentary" welcome drinks, and the staff seemed irritated when we disputed it. Next time, I’ll likely try one of the nearby pousadas instead.

The hotel symbol is amazing that placed in bathroom 😁. I met with the coordinator on day time, she told me they try to create an eco-friendly hotel, they are successful 👍✨👏 💯 As a dislike. Just one thing. none knows English except coordinator. Staff should speak at least two languages English , because hotel was fully booked but service was not good because of none understand me at hotel

The location is great for shopping and entertainment. Close to the beach but not on it. Towels are disgusting! They are worn down to the thread. Never had our room cleaned in three nights, never got new towels unless we went to the front desk and had to wait in a long line because everyone else needed them and others were checking in and only one person was at the front desk. The floors are filthy. Have certainly never been scrubbed. The furniture is so dirty. Nobody has ever wiped the high touch areas. The refrigerators are dirty and rusty. The sheets didn’t fit the bed. No top sheet. Mold and rust in the bathroom. The staff truly couldn’t care less after you sign the check in paperwork. Parking was great. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Have to pay for espresso from a pod. The hot tub was cloudy. Not good at all! Would not recommend!!

O ralo entupiu e inundou o banheiro. Fui a recepção pedir para mudar de quarto, e uma das recepcionistas me informou que o responsável pela manutenção do hotel seria notificado, mas que não tinham outro quarto para nós hospedar, foi a boa vontade de um dos colegas dela Claudino que não mediu esforços para nós acomodar em outro quarto, que estava muito melhor que o primeiro. O café da manhã tinha pratos pegajosos e talheres mal lavados. Nos quartos os quites de toalha estavam incompletos. A localização do Hotel é ótima mas os pontos supracitados precisam ser trabalhados.

Ficamos hospedados de sexta a domingo no Own Búzios e tivemos uma experiência com pontos positivos e outros que precisam de atenção. A piscina é excelente e o café da manhã também foi ótimo, com boa variedade. Um destaque especial para o atendimento do José, do restaurante, que foi excepcional — muito atencioso e gentil. Por outro lado, tivemos problemas importantes. Durante toda a estadia, ficamos sem acesso à TV. Segundo o hotel, foi por conta da internet, porém outros estabelecimentos da região informaram que estava tudo normal em Búzios. Outro ponto foi o quarto: mesmo avisando que viajaríamos com uma bebê de 1 ano, fomos colocados em um quarto com escada e grades com espaçamento perigoso. Pedimos a troca duas vezes, sem sucesso. Tivemos que improvisar, bloqueando o acesso com poltronas, o que gerou insegurança. Também notamos falha de higiene na recepção: os copos ao lado da água saborizada estavam usados e sujos. Como sugestão: evitar acomodar crianças de 1 a 3 anos em quartos com escada; priorizar famílias com bebês no térreo (o hotel não tem elevador); e transformar áreas de coworking — que estavam vazias — em espaço baby, já que havia muitas crianças no hotel. Com esses ajustes, a experiência pode ser muito melhor para famílias.
Grades muito largas, muito perigoso para crianças pequenas. E a parte de baixo não tinha grade impedindo a subida da criança para o segundo andar.
Tivemos que colocar as cadeiras para impedir a bebê de descer e andar para perto da grade larga (perigo de queda). Ficar no andar de baixo não era uma opção, pois a mesma queria subir o tempo inteiro para o andar de cima.
Infelizmente, a tv não funcionou nenhum dia.

O hotel está precisando de uma renovação. O quarto estava limpo mas tinha cheiro de mofo. O café da manhã era farto e variado mas se a pessoa não chegasse cedo, vários itens não tinham reposição. A sustentação do blindex do banheiro me pareceu frágil, o que pode ser perigoso. O estacionamento é terceirizado e caro.

Hotel precisa de reforma urgente! Quarto com mancha de infiltração no teto! Cortina blackout furada! Tv 32 polegadas (pequena para o tamanho do quarto). Reservei quarto para 3 pessoas e quando colocaram a cama extra ficou super apertado. O que se paga por uma diária não corresponde nenhum pouco ao que é oferecido! Tv só funciona com internet, não tem canais abertos e no dia que me hospedei a internet não funcionou em nenhum momento, tive que rotear a internet do meu celular! A equipe do hotel é bem simpática e tenta minimizar os problemas!
