Foi a pior experiência que tive na minha vida, quarto com cheiro terrível de mofo, a televisão do quarto estava quebrada, o chuveiro só água fria, a quente não estava funcionando. Fiquei um tempão pra achar um funcionário, parecia que a pousada estava abandonada, quando encontrei alguém, era uma mulher que estava trancada em um cômodo com duas crianças. Água da piscina embasada, café da manhã horrível. Eu ia ficar 3 diárias, acabei abandonando, tentei pagar só uma diária, mas ninguém sabia com fazer o interação com o Hotel.com, nunca mais uso este site.

Tem tudo para ser uma ótima pousada, mas falta administração. Quarto sem comunicação com a recepção, não tem camareira, ficamos 3 dias com a mesma toalha. Quarto não tem espelho nem secador de cabelo, café simples.

Decepção

Uma das piores experiências que tive em viagem! Não tem estacionamento no local, só 3 vagas para carros, o restante fica parado um atrás do outro na rampa de entrada. Se alguém quiser sair, você tem que ir tirar o carro. Faltou água dois dias consecutivos, não tinha água nem para escovar os dentes. Academia é uma mentira, não existe. Só tem uma esteira, que não sabem nem se funciona e fica em uma das suítes, não temos acesso. Uma pessoa se diz responsável, se apresentou como gerente mas quando tivemos problemas, foi o primeiro a dizer que o gerente não estava no local. Chegamos ao ponto de uma hóspede fazer escândalo na entrada da pousada, porque queria sair com o carro e não estavam conseguindo falar conosco. Estávamos dormindo, estou grávida e meu marido foi acordado, teve que lidar com uma hóspede gritando se a gente não conhecia as regras de deixar as chaves do carro na recepção. Porém, em nenhum momento nos informaram isso, e ainda alegaram que a gente não quis deixar a chave. Em situação no dia anterior, mandaram mensagem via WhatsApp pedindo a chave para o manobrista retirar o carro e quando questionamos se era manobrista mesmo porque o carro é automático, disseram que já haviam resolvido. Aí quando ocorreu o problema com a hóspede, perguntamos quem era o manobrista e o “gerente” disse que não tinha e não poderia se responsabilizar em ficar com as chaves porque nem habilitação tinha. Enfim, odiamos a estadia e não recomendamos para ninguém!!!

Pensa em um lugar perfeito. Agora multiplica. Isso foi o que vivemos na Mar. Um lugar lindo, aconchegante e inesquecível! Recomendo a todos que querem viver momentos únicos. Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo Fabiano, e é o carinho e atenção dele que tornam esse lugar mais bonito ainda. Um pôr do sol de tirar o fôlego. Quando for a Búzios, viva essa experiência!!
