House in a beachfront residential complex

Our house is in an excellent location. The condominium is beachfront in Geribá, next to Pousada dos Gravatás. I really like the tranquility and security it offers. We don't have a sea view. But in return, we have everything nearby and in comfort. It's Geribá, celebrated in prose and verse... that by walking, following a path to the left, you reach Ferradurinha beach... very nice for little children. It accommodates up to 7 people and has parking for 1 car. There are 3 suites. One on the first floor, excellent for those with mobility problems, elderly people. The other 2 suites are on the upper floor. There are 2 outdoor areas. A complete kitchen, not very large. There are 4 bathrooms in total. 1 indoor area, for enjoying a beer. The pool, sauna, and barbecue are part of the common area for all 10 houses in the condominium. They are located outside the house. We do not rent as an apart-hotel; we do not have extra services.
Make yourself comfortable in this air-conditioned vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. Complimentary wireless internet access is available to keep you connected. Conveniences include a microwave and a coffee/tea maker.
