Be ready for a few steps up and down the hotel. If you have difficulty walking, or you are an elderly person, I would not recommend staying here. Otherwise, it is a great hotel and location.

Everything was great except the shower. It changes temperature every 10 seconds making it almost impossible to have a nice shower. The beach club is really good!

The hotel is located in a nice area with wonderful views of the ocean. The landscape and common spaces are nicely appointed. The staff was attentive and helpful but not overly friendly. Breakfast was great with good coffee and large selection of food. The beach section is kind of small and people from the beach club next door would move the chairs to our side blocking all the view. The beach chairs and umbrellas were packed too closed together.The main downdside for me was the quality and cleanliness of the room wasn't all that great. The rooms are very small and it wasn't througly cleaned when we arrived. On top of that, we had issues with our toilet on the first night which left the restroom unusable until the next morning when they sent someone to repair however problem persisted during our entire stay which was really annoying but they didn't seem very concerned of the inconvenience this caused us.

O hotel é maravilhoso, com um clube pé na areia, com piscina térmica linda , meu quarto tinha uma vista incrível, o café da manhã muito sortido e delicioso, os funcionários super simpáticos desde a recepção, aos garçons do restaurante. Enfim voltarei com certeza!

A localização é muito boa, com uma vista da praia linda demais! O quarto estava muito perfumado e, como tenho rinite, acabei tendo uma crise alérgica por conta do cheiro exagerado. Também foi oferecido um voucher de 10% de desconto no beach club, mas quando solicitei a utilização, me negaram. Passei por um constrangimento com a moça do caixa por causa dessa situação. Em compensação, os garçons estão de parabéns pelo excelente atendimento, muito educados e atenciosos. O café da manhã é bom, porém poderia ter mais variedade.

Hotel é muito bem localizado, o café da manhã é bom, mas poderia ser melhor, com mais opções. O hotel fica em uma montanha, entao alguns quartos são um pouco longe da recepção, e o hotel é todo aberto. Nos dias que chove, eles poderiam oferecer guarda chuvas para usar dentro do hotel. Cheguei ensopado para tomar café da manhã

Excelente hotel, com charme na recepção, café da manhã primoroso, piscina aquecida e bom atendimento; com quarto à altura. O único problema é o beach club, ou seja, acesso à praia, posto que não é exclusivo aos hóspedes. O day use é vendido a R$100,00 para não hóspedes, o que faz com que o lugar fique impossível de permanecer, posto que lotado.
