Quarto espaçoso e limpo. Café da manhã bom, com boa variedade e pode-se pedir tapioca e omeletes. No entanto, estávamos em 3 quartos e em dois deles tivemos problemas. Em um deles, a chave da porta quando voltamos à noite quebrou e tivemos que esperar o chaveiro para entrarmos no quarto. Como já era mais de meia noite, nos deram um quarto para aguardarmos. Nessa situação, entendemos que nos atenderam adequadamente. No entanto, avisamos desde que chegamos que os canais da nossa TV não estavam funcionando e o que nos disseram era que não havia nada a ser feito. Em outro quarto, foram dois episódios de vazamento. O primeiro foi no cifão da pia do banheiro que consertaram no dia seguinte. Mas quando voltamos da praia, tinha um outro vazamento no teto, e a água estava caindo em uma das camas. Também nos concederam a troca de quarto. Precisam realizar mais manutenções preventivas para evitar situações como a que eu passei.

Amamos nossa estada! O quarto era amplo, bem iluminado, roupa de cama nova, sem falar que a decoração do quarto que era um charme! Caro para o que oferece O hotel se divide em ala de quartos novos e antigos. Os quartos e banheiros são ótimos, grandes. A ala nova é muito bonita. Cafe da manha bom, com algumas coisas diferentes. Localização excelente No entanto pontos que atrapalham a experiência e fazem com que o hotel se torne caro paro oq oferece: apos certo horário nao tem recepcionista, vc deve ligar para um numero para virem fazer o check in. Para que a limpeza do quarto aconteça, vc tem que deixar na recepção a chave ate certo horário, caso contrario seu quarto nao sera limpo, ninguém avisou isso no check in. Bar da piscina a conta deve ser fechada na própria piscina, nao é feito no check out
