I stayed in a high-end executive suite at this hotel for 7 days, expecting a comfortable and relaxing experience while attending a friend’s wedding. Unfortunately, the stay turned into a complete disappointment. Throughout the entire week, we had no hot water in the shower—something that should be basic, especially for a hotel in this category. The AC unit was also leaking into the bedroom, which made the space uncomfortable and forced us to use towels to clean up the water. Speaking of towels, after using them to deal with the leak, housekeeping failed to replace them promptly. I had to request new towels three separate times, and they were still not provided in time, delaying me while I was trying to get ready for a wedding event. The hydromassage bathtub, one of the features that justified booking this suite, was completely non-functional. There was no water pressure and no hot water to fill it. When maintenance was contacted, they stated that the entire tubulation system needed to be replaced—meaning this issue was not new and clearly had not been addressed before our arrival. The explanation given by staff—that the room had not been inspected for days or even weeks prior to our stay—is simply unacceptable. It reflects a serious lack of maintenance and quality control, especially for what is marketed as a premium accommodation. O hotel é bem grande e espaçoso. O cafe da manhã tem diversos coisas, mas os cortes das frutas e de tudo é grande demais. O pedaço do queijo milha tinha 2 dedos de grossura e as frutas cortadas ao meio. Quando chegamos nao tinha toalhas no quarto, logo resolveram.

Ar condicionado com problemas. Depois foi substituído após reclamação. Quarto com formiga. Um elevador estava inoperante e o outro passou a maior parte da hospedagem parado. Tivemos que subir com as malas de escada. Roupa de cama estava suja. Solicitei a substituição. Café da manhã, piscina e as instalações de um modo geral são excelentes. Sugiro incrementar o treinamento da recepção para resolver os problemas. Sugiro avaliar a instalação de aquecimento e iluminação na piscina. Já é top e seria mais usada a noite. Sugiro também ter a opção de meia pensão. No geral o hotel é bom. Obrigado.
