I paid Expedia for my booking and when I arrived at the property They charged me again . They said they didn’t get the payment from Expedia. I did the payment twice… one for the hotel and other one for Expedia. More than 1 months that happened and I didn’t get my refund back from Expedia. I have been booking hotel from different apps because I can’t trust in Expedia until they fix this problem. Right now I m loosing my money and really disappointed with Expedia .

Pousada possui boa localização, próxima a Rua das Pedras, funcionários atenciosos e bom café da manhã. Para quem vai com criança, deixou a desejar na manutenção da piscina (numa quinta feira fechada para manutenção) e na TV (não há nem canais abertos - você precisa colocar sua assinatura de streaming para acessar).

Péssima experiência. NÃO RECOMENDO! Quarto sujo e sem manutenção (piso trincado, espelho velho, fiação do chuveiro exposta, cheiro de mofo, TV sem funcionar etc). Na reserva mencionava ter secador de cabelos mas no meu quarto nao tinha. Café da manhã precário no 1o dia, só tinha 1 funcionário! Faltava limpeza nas mesas, reposição de alimentos, sucos, copos, xicaras, pratos e talheres. Precisou outros hospedes reclamarem para o cafe da manha ser bom nos outros dias. A noite, queda de energia por varias vezes. Pousada parece abandonada. Precisa melhorar muito para ter condições de atender bem.

Hospedagem de 19/04 a 22/04/25. Reservei dois quartos, ambos ruins. O valor pago foi alto para o que "entregaram". A pousada parece abandonada. Espaço físico da Recepção feio, com sofás sujos e com mal cheiro. Nenhum sinal de reforma. Quartos com paredes sujas, iluminação de baixa intensidade. Chuveiros fracos, com pouca água e queda de luz. Bicas e torneiras de plástico (PVC). O ar condicionado funcionou bem. O café da manhã estava razoável, com o mínimo que se deve oferecer.

Péssimo!!!

Péssima experiência! O ar-condicionado não funcionava e fazia um barulho absurdo. Avisei logo no check-in, mas ninguém resolveu. O quarto parecia velho, com móveis gastos e sinais de falta de limpeza: garrafa de água usada, sabonete aberto e lençol sujo. Precisa melhorar muito para ser um hotel decente.

Hôtel familial aconchegante tem localizado no meio do aldeia Armação de Búzios, da pra ir de pé até a Orla BB (10 mns) e até mesmo a rua das Pedras (20 mns), demora meia hora pra ir até a Praia do Forno que é a mais bacana pra adultos nadar. Café de manhã gostoso, pessoal muito gentil. Bom relação benefícios custos em Búzios!

Boa estadia.

Assim que chegamos o ar condicionado não estava funcionando. Ao comunicar tal fato, prontamente acionaram o técnico para providenciar o conserto. No mais, café da manhã muito bom. Tem também um café da tarde com bolos. Piscina atende bem. Localização muito boa.

Pousada muito boa

A pousada tem uma ótima estrutura externa. As áreas comuns são maravilhosas; com uma piscina muito boa e uma hidromassagem enorme. O atendimento de toda equipe foi impecável, com destaque para o funcionário Estevão, sempre muito simpático e solícito. O café da manhã oferece dois tipos de sucos naturais, diversos tipos de pães, manteiga e frios, tem também geleias, bolos, sanduicheira e máquina de café expresso, capuccino e chocolate. Enfim, um bom café da manhã. A experiência poderia ter sido perfeita se não fosse o mau cheiro nos travesseiros e na cama(que era muito confortável). Sinalizei a senhora que ia fazer da limpeza do quarto, mas mesmo depois da limpeza continuou um pouco de mau cheiro nas roupas de cama. Isso é um detalhe muito importante para se conquistar um hóspede. Acho que pode ter sido um problema pontual. Vale dispensar atenção redobrada nesse quesito. No mais recomendo a pousada.
