O quarto suíte estava limpo e cuidado, apesar das instalações parecerem antigas. Espaço com tamanho adequado para uma família de 4 pessoas. O quarto com uma cama queen de bom tamanho para o casal, com travesseiros adequados, e móveis em bom estado de conservação. O colchão de molas já está em momento de ser substituído por outro mais novo. Na sala, o sofá cama de casal não é muito confortável para duas crianças de 09 e 12 anos. Poderia oferecer duas camas de solteiro, no lugar do sofá cama. Seria mais interessante para uma família de 4 pessoas. As refeições não eram muito sofisticadas, mas serviram ao propósito. O café da manhã poderia ter mais variedade de pães e bolos caseiros. Os sucos não agradaram em nenhuma das refeições, pois eram totalmente artificiais... Não havia nenhum suco natural. Que fosse laranja ou limão mesmo... O espaço do Resort é o que torna a escolha considerável, pois as crianças gostam das quadras, piscinas e áreas livres. O trapézio estava em manutenção, o que desagradou nesta hospedagem mais recente. Ficamos mais de uma vez neste Hotel e a impressão é de que estão tentando melhorar. Sempre ficamos na esperança que a próxima vez será melhor que a anterior. As mudanças poderiam ser feitas com maior velocidade. Não sei até quando vamos ter expectativa em retornar...

O local é muito bonito, podia ser até mais sucesso mas creio que falta um pouco mais de cuidado. O local de golfe não está cuidado, deveriam colocar mais luz a noite no local, fica muito escuro pra jogar futebol, tenis, frescobol quando anoitece e poderia talvez ter alguma proteção em volta desse local porque no inverno fica muito frio e não dá pra aproveitar bem o espaço. As piscinas são ótimas e bonitas mas poderiam ter algum sistema de aquecimento no inverno. Ficamos em dois quartos porque prolonguei a estadia mais um dia e eram quartos grandes com varanda, bem confortáveis. Em relação a alimentação pagamos pelo café e jantar. As opçoes de café mudavam algumas coisas, e do jantar teve dias muito bons mas dias com comida mais simples mas gostosa. A parte dos funcionários com as crianças foi mto boa, elas se divertiram. Creio que no geral é um preço mais barato que os resorts que ja fui então acho que no geral foi bom, mas podia ser mais conservado e aproveitar mais os espaços porque tem muito ainda a acrescentar e pode melhorar e ser um dos melhores se implementar algumas mudanças.

Quarto razoável, na parte do banheiro. Tinha que ligar a água da pia junto com a do chuveiro para poder esquentar e a limpeza dos azulejos deixou a desejar tinha muito mofo . E não usaram nenhum desinfetante, nem quando chegamos e nem na hora da arrumação do quarto .

São críticas construtivas...para melhorar ainda mais a qualidade de um Resort maravilhoso como esse. Acho que deveria haver um investimento na academia que está um pouco abandonada e os drinks que são maravilhosos deveriam ser valorizados não sendo fornecidos em copos plásticos. Existem taças descartáveis que melhoram a aparência. Ficariam mais bonitos.

Os funcionários foram gentis e solícitos. O quarto era grande e bem equipado. A piscina é incrível e super bem cuidada. O café da manhã estava muito bom, tinha muitas opções. Além de tudo isso, o local se destaca pela segurança. Somente pessoas autorizadas entravam no hotel.
