Cuidado - Leia com atenção antes de reservar

O pior Hotel que fiquei desde sempre pelas seguintes razões : 1. Check In - Fila interminável se nenhuma organização que demorou mais de 2 horas. Entretanto a carregar as malas e com filho pequeno. 2. Quarto sujo, sofás rasgadas...., camas velas, mau cheiro geral. Geladeira antiga sem nenhuma agua. 3. Room Service inexistente, ninguém atende na recepção. 4. Serviço de malas inexistente, tivemos que transportar as malas até a porta do quarto. O resort é grande. 5. Café da Manha, Almoço, Jantar - filas para entrar, varias vezes tive que aguardar mesa e talheres. 6. Comida ok para fraco, poucas opções 7. Piscina suja 8. Localização Boa. 9. Infraestrutura péssima, tudo velho a cair aos pedaços, desde os quartos, as portas, as placas, elevador não funciona.... 10. Não recomenda, pelo mesmo valor encontram se opções muito melhores... 11. Claramente decepcionado 12. Check Out - mais filas... desta vez 1 hora e meia 13. Vendedores de marketing a tentar vender cotas de empreendimentos durante a estadia.....

O hotel é muito bom, area de lazer otima, comida boa, porem precisam organizar melhor o check in e o check out! Levei mais de 1 hora aguaradando os dois! Cheguem antes pois se perde muito tempo fazendo check in e na saida a mesma coisa! Nunca vi um ckeck tao demorado!

Quartos imundos, ruins em péssimos estado de conservação. Nunca reservem os bangalôs. São afastadissimos e abandonados, não sao limpos e a área externa com piscina privativa completamente suja, cheia de garças e coco de garças por todo o lado inclusive dentro da piscina, a vista das garças e enfileiradas na borda evacuando na piscina nao tem preço, rs. Os melhores quartos do hotel são osbmais baratos, categorias deluxes e ilha. O restaurante a comida é bem simples. Para nao passar fome mesmo. Não vá esperando comer bem. Restaurante a la carte pessimo também, so têm 4 pizzas, poucos hambúrgueres e petiscos e dizem que é restaurante italiano. Ponto positivo, boa parte dos funcionários, NÃO TODOS, sao muito atenciosos , educados, prestativos e querem muito ajudar, mas pela estrutura oferecida pela rede não têm o que fazer: o Gesse da recepção gente boa demais, Isa da limpeza, Juliana nutricionista, juliana garçonete e Anderson do restaurante foram excelentes.

Muitos problemas, a começar com a limpeza que deixa a desejar. Muitas gaivotas na piscina que não vi ser limpa. Assim as cadeiras e a água ficam cheias de cocô de gaivota o dia todo. No quarto o box não tem porta e molha o banheiro todo a cada banho. Pedi para trocar de quarto, mas o que ofereceram foi pior ainda. Limpeza do restaurante sofrível também. A impressão que tive é que são poucos funcionários que não dão conta do número de hóspedes. Filas de check in e checkout monstruosas e só 2 funionários atendendo. Tenho outras reclamações também, mas se for listar tudo vou perder o dia inteiro aqui fazendo. Não recomendo.

O hotel é lindo, os funcionários muito educados e prestativos. A recreação infantil deixou a desejar, o carrinho para passeio das crianças não abre todos os dias, o bar da piscina não tinham vários ítens no cardápio e as opções são poucas, o buffet de jantar não é muito diversificado ( a salada é muito rica, porém os acompanhamentos são pouco diversificados).

Bom custo/benefício, mas falta uma piscina quente.

Bom custo/benefício. A comida não é das.melhores, mas combina com o preço. Falta uma.piscina aquecida. Fiquei cinco dias no hotel e não consegui entrar na água, pq é gelada e estava ventando demais nos dias q me hospedei. Por falar nisso, jamais esqueça a blusa de frio, vc pode ser muito surpreendido os funcionários são bem educados, principalmente o sem Rômulo, que está sempre com um sorriso no rosto lhe oferecendo para auxiliar com alguma coisa. Nota 10 para ele.
