The Condominium is located at the entrance of Praia Marina, 1 min walk from the house, bordering the canal. On site you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire peninsula with wonderful panoramas at sunrise and sunset. The House has three floors, at the entrance a cozy rest area and leisure area with private pool. Inside, lots of natural light and very cozy environment with lots of green around. On the first floor there is a dining room with an American kitchen and you can also enjoy the beautiful sea view in this area, behind the kitchen there is a small laundry room with a social bathroom, and a special room for expenses with all kitchen utensils. Down the stairs there is a large room overlooking the pool of the house.
