Beach House with Wonderful Sea View
The Condominium is located at the entrance of Praia Marina, 1 min walk from the house, bordering the canal. On site you can enjoy a beautiful view of the entire peninsula with wonderful panoramas at sunrise and sunset. The House has three floors, at the entrance a cozy rest area and leisure area with private pool. Inside, lots of natural light and very cozy environment with lots of green around. On the first floor there is a dining room with an American kitchen and you can also enjoy the beautiful sea view in this area, behind the kitchen there is a small laundry room with a social bathroom, and a special room for expenses with all kitchen utensils. Down the stairs there is a large room overlooking the pool of the house. Going up to the second floor 2 Suites; one with a balcony and a wonderful view to the sea, the other overlooking the garden of the condominium and the canal. On the third floor is the third suite overlooking the sea and the entire peninsula. The house is very well equipped, full kitchen, all suites have Smart TV and wifi throughout the house. Located 10 km from the center of Búzios, away from the noise, it is a great place to rest, listen to the birds and the noise of the sea .. this is what makes the place special.
