The holiday home, built in 1900 and renovated in 2015, is a terraced house, rustic and furnished in the typical local style. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the forests and its quiet and secluded location on the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use are: lawn for sunbathing, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture.

Buzet, district Kotli. The holiday home is located on a 5000 sqm open enclosed garden plot, water plot and forest plot with meadow, flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedce. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The whole property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone cottages. The facility is suitable for families or for a larger group. The objects IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same property. It is a place registered under the protection of the rural heritage and therefore the whole place is not paved. Through the village flows the Mirna. Their small waterfalls deepen the stones and form kesselelförmige holes in the rock, hence the village name "Kotli" (Kessel). Access is via a side road (asphalted, rubble or gravel). Parking is available on the property and on the street in front of the house.
