The domicile is popular due to the view from the property of the mountains and its quiet, sunny, and secluded location at the edge of the forest and by the water. Available for shared use are: sunbathing lawn, sun lounger, children's playground, swing, sandbox, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace, and garden furniture. Baby cot available on request.


Location
Buzet, district of Kotli. The holiday house is situated on a 5,000 sqm enclosed garden and waterfront plot with flowers, shrubs and trees, bordered by a fence and a hedge. The landlord lives in a separate building on the property. The entire property belongs to an old Istrian village with a total of 8 stone holiday houses. The complex is suitable for families or a larger group. The properties IST PAZ 068 (5 persons), IST PAZ 069 (4 persons), IST PAZ 070 (4 persons), IST PAZ 071 (4 persons), IST PAZ 072 (5 persons), IST PAZ 073 (2 persons), IST PAZ 074 (2 persons) and IST PAZ 075 (4 persons) are located on the same property. Access is via a side road (paved, gravel or crushed stone). Parking on the property and on the street in front of the house. Gravel road only in the village, as it is under the protection of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia – a cultural monument – and may not be asphalted.
