The waterfront is pathway shared with the seasonal cabin on the property, but each unit has a private patio and dock. There are kayaks, paddle boards, life jackets, etc available a short walk down the hill. The lake is gorgeous, quiet, and has a shallow walk in area. There’s a raft to swim to and jump from too!
