"I booked a ocean front suite and was placed in the corner of the property near the bushes. I told the receptionist that I booked an ocean front and this room is not satisfactory. She told me there is nothing she can do. It was my first time in Ghana and I went to this hotel because of a friend's suggestion. I paid for ocean front but was not granted what I paid for. Needless to say, I wad an unhappy customer."
