Staff was friendly and helpful. Pool and room were less then clean. There was a purse bash going on that we were unaware of prior causing the parking lot, the loby to he full and loud. There was long waits for the bathroom by the pool. Hottub and main elevator were out of ordee.

The desk clerk was so very nice. We have stayed there before and like the pool, hot tub and breakfast. We were not able to stay because the weather was going to get bad. So we had to get on the road. She said they would not charge us. I found out that Expedia does though. So we paid for nothing.....
