A cozy retreat for a getaway by the sea; dogs welcome—with a pool and sauna

The "Kleiner Anker" vacation rental is located on a quiet side street, yet still centrally located in the heart of Burhave. The town center, with its shops, bakery, and restaurants, is just a short walk away. The dike, beach, playground, and North Sea lagoon are also within walking distance.

The vacation rental is on the first floor of the “Erika” guesthouse and can accommodate up to 4 people.

The beds are distributed across two rooms: the living room features a modern, comfortable double fold-down bed, and next to it is a small (children’s) bedroom with a bunk bed. If needed, we’d be happy to provide a travel crib with a mattress and a high chair.

All sleeping areas can be completely darkened with roller shades.

The heart of the apartment is the open-concept living/dining/kitchen area, where you can spend cozy moments with your loved ones. The kitchen is equipped with all standard appliances, including a combination stove/oven/microwave, and is fully stocked with everything you need to make your vacation the best time of the year. The guesthouse offers free Wi-Fi.

When the weather is nice, the south-facing terrace is the perfect place to relax; here, you can sit together comfortably and enjoy your vacation.

Highlights of the apartment include the swimming pool located in the resort (which guests can use free of charge when open and available)—please note: this is a communal pool—as well as a sauna (for a fee) with a sauna garden. There is also a lounge (fireplace room), where guests will find a small selection of vacation reading material and board games, as well as a table tennis room in the basement of the neighboring guesthouse “Windrose.”

In addition, the park-like outdoor area features several furnished seating areas and barbecue spots, as well as a lawn for sunbathing and a separate children’s playground. Bicycles can be stored under cover, and there is a dedicated “charging station” for e-bikes.

The apartment has its own private parking space right next to the house (marked E2).

Dogs are welcome in the apartment.

In addition to the accommodation fee, which you pay through the booking portal, the following costs apply (as of 2026):

-€65.00 as a fee for final cleaning.
-€2.50 per person per night for energy and utility costs.
-If applicable, 7.00 € per night per dog

In addition, a guest tax (“Kurtaxe”) must be paid to the municipality of Butjadingen.

Please pay all additional fees before arrival (by bank transfer or PayPal). After booking, please refer to the guest information letter—which will be sent to you automatically as a separate email—for the necessary details.

Bed linens and towels can be added to your reservation for a fee and will be provided to you upon arrival by the local property manager.

Key pickup is conveniently handled via a key safe at the property.
