Small, modern, and fully equipped—ideal for a hassle-free stay. Spanning approximately 22 m², the apartment features a bright living and sleeping area with a double bed, a smart TV, public Wi-Fi, and a cozy sitting area. The open-concept kitchen is fully equipped—with a refrigerator (including a freezer), stovetop, microwave, toaster, electric kettle, and coffee maker. A travel crib and a high chair are also available for families.
The apartment is located on a quiet street, yet very centrally located: In just a few minutes, you can reach the popular Center Parcs with its restaurants, recreational activities, and sports facilities. The North Sea coast and many other attractions are also within easy reach. Free parking is available right next to the building.

The apartment is smoke-free, and one dog is welcome.

The Wadden Sea (a UNESCO World Natural Heritage Site) invites you to enjoy mudflat hikes and nature experiences such as the Langwarder Groden. An extensive network of biking and hiking trails makes the region perfect for active exploration. Bedroom description:
The sleeping area features a 1.80 m wide double bed—ideal for restful nights. Built-in closets provide ample storage space. A travel crib is available for young guests, and there’s also a convenient folding mattress.

Bathroom description:
The modern bathroom is bright and functional. It features a shower, sink, and toilet—everything you need for a pleasant start to the day.

Description of the outdoor area:
Free parking is available right next to the house. The surrounding area offers easy access to restaurants, recreational activities, and tourist attractions. Whether it’s walks, day trips, or a visit to Center Parcs—everything is within easy reach.

House Rules/Pricing Information:
A one-time service and processing fee of €19.00 applies to each booking.

In addition to the rental price, a guest fee (formerly tourist tax) per person per night must be paid directly to the property manager. The amount can be paid in cash or by card on site. You can find the exact amounts here:
