Dear Vacationers,
Our modern and comfortably furnished vacation home has a living area of approximately 86 m² and a south-west-facing terrace, and can accommodate up to 8 people.
Ground Floor:
Here you’ll find a hallway with a coat closet, a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a living/dining room with a kitchen area, and a storage room.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator (including a freezer compartment), oven, ceramic cooktop, microwave, coffee maker, Tassimo, electric kettle, toaster, and much more.
A large table with comfortable chairs and a lounge sofa invite you to enjoy a meal.
The living area features a seating area with a large sofa, coffee table, and Loom armchair. A 3D LED flat-screen TV (42-inch), a Blu-ray player, a hi-fi system with a docking station, a Wii game console, and various books and games provide entertainment.
The high-end bathroom, featuring a glass shower enclosure, heated towel rack, heated floors, etc., includes a washer-dryer combo with a changing table.
Garden furniture, a patio umbrella, and a charcoal grill are available for the patio, as well as a lockable storage room for bicycles or similar items.
For our younger guests, we provide children’s cutlery, children’s tableware, a high chair, a travel crib, door safety gates, a step stool, outlet covers, and toys.
Upper floor:
Here you’ll find two bedrooms, each with an LED flat-screen TV, as well as a high-end bathroom with a glass shower stall, heated towel rack, underfloor heating, vanity cabinet, etc.
1st Bedroom with a double box-spring bed and a wall-to-wall wardrobe including a safe
2. Bedroom with two separate beds, each with an additional pull-out bed, a wardrobe, a desk, and a children’s play table.
Attic:
Here you’ll find a third bedroom with a double box-spring bed, dresser, and LED flat-screen TV.
Includes fly screens and roller shutters.
