Das Objekt ist genauso wie beschrieben. Es bietet viel Platz. Spiele für ältere Kinder sind auch vorhanden. Ein Edeka Markt ist auch in der Nähe sodass man sich gut versorgen kann. Insgesamt kommt man von der Unterkunft überall schnell zu Fuß hin. Einziges Manko ist, dass es dort keinen Parkplatz direkt am Haus gibt. Für alle anderen Hausnummern gibt es Parkplätze direkt am Haus. Mit zwei Kleinkindern sehr ungünstig.
