This comfortable studio bungalow is a single-story townhouse with approximately 65 square meters of living space. <br>It features a large living room with an adjoining kitchen and dining area. <br>It also features a hallway, a shower room with a toilet, and two bedrooms; one serves as the master bedroom with a double bed (2.00 x 1.80 m), and the other as a children’s room with two single beds, one of which can be pulled out to form a double bed. <br>This means you can relax comfortably with a total of 4 to 5 people without any space constraints. <br><br>A dog is allowed upon request. <br><br>The sofa area is cozy and just right for a relaxing vacation. <br>The terrace, which opens off the large panoramic windows in the living room, leads out to the garden and the lawn. <br>The garden is NOT fenced in! <br>A 42-inch smart TV with all free-to-air channels is included, as is a stereo system with a CD player. <br><br>The vacation home is fully equipped for self-catering with a complete set of dishes and silverware and features a full range of brand-new kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic cooktop, exhaust hood, microwave, convection oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, egg cooker, etc. <br>In the cozy dining area, you can gather together, enjoy breakfast, and make plans for the day ahead. <br>The bedrooms are equipped with duvets and pillows for each bed. <br>Please bring your own bed linens, or you can rent them from us for a small fee…! <br><br>The children’s room also has enough space for 2 or 3 children. <br>We’ve provided a small selection of games here for you to pass the time. <br><br>The bathroom, featuring a skylight, has been completely redesigned and is equipped with a shower, a sink, and a toilet. <br>In 2020, the windows and exterior doors, among other things, were completely replaced, and the two bedrooms were equipped with exterior roller shutters to block out light. <br><br>Free Wi-Fi (via LTE) is available in this vacation home.<br><br>Utility costs (electricity, water, and heating) will be billed based on your personal usage (meter readings) and deducted from your security deposit after departure.<br><br>You may optionally bring a pet for an additional fee. Please understand that we can only accept pets that are clean and well-behaved. Pets are not allowed on the beds.<br><br>The photos shown may be examples.
